EASTER Saturday’s Denmark Arts Markets saw a laid back vide paired with plenty of smiles, elaborate outfits and quality music at Berridge Park.
Over 100 stalls were selling unique handmade items, jewellery, skin care, gifts, fresh produce, clothes and much more while children ran around, played and danced.
For just a donation entry, attendees were well and truly treated to a good day out.

The Rubens are set to perform live at the White Star Hotel in Albany as they gear up to hit road for their national tour.
The Weekender spoke with The Rubens’ keyboard and backing vocalist Elliot Margin about how the band has been preparing.
“I’m actually at the bunker [studio] right now where we are starting rehearsals and going through new songs, trying to pick what we think fans are going to want to hear and then craft our set,” he said.
“We’re so excited to be able to be playing shows and be on the road again.
“Our energy levels are going to be way up there and I’m sure people are going to be so excited to see live music.”
The band are playing at the White Star Hotel on May 5 at 6pm.

Doctors from across the Great Southern took home the top honours at the Rural Health Awards over the weekend.
Kojonup’s Dr Samantha Weaver from St Luke’s Family Practice received the top award of GP of the Year for her dedication to rural service.
Out of the Great Southern region’s seven finalists, four doctors finished the night with Excellence Awards while nine were recognised for reaching a milestone in rural health service.
“The winners and finalists of the WA Rural Health Awards are collectively redefining the depth, breadth and availability of healthcare in country towns,” Rural Health West Chief Executive Officer Tim Shackleton said.
“They bring to life innovative programs and services and provide a voice for rural communities.”
